On 3 November 2022, the UPV team of the AGREEMAR project organised a workshop with the main stakeholders of the Spanish demo region to discuss the possibilities and limitations of managed aquifer recharge (and conjunctive use of surface water, groundwater and non-conventional resources) in the Júcar Water District. During the following days, the colleagues from adelphi research gGmbH conducted bilateral meetings with different stakeholders to learn more about the needs, experiences and opinions on managed aquifer recharge in the two local demo sites (Belcaire pond and Algar reservoir). In addition, an online questionnaire was sent to all attendees to ponder different criteria for MAR feasibility mapping.
